Zara Sigglekow is an arts writer, curator, and administrator with experience in both the commercial and public art sector. Her most recent exhibition ‘The Joke’ explored humour in relationship to power, and was held across a commercial gallery (Neon Parc) and an ARI (Bus Projects).
 
With an academic background in Political Studies and Art History, and a Master of Art Curatorship, her curatorial style contextualises contemporary art within broader social and cultural themes.
 
She is a regular contributor to Ocula and has written for Art Guide Australia and Eyecontact (NZ), and numerous catalogue essays for artists.
