Zara Sigglekow is an arts writer, curator, and administrator with experience in both the commercial and public art sector.
In 2018 she curated Great Movements of Feeling an exhibition about emotion at Gertrude Contemporary as part of Next Wave Festival. Previous exhibitions include The Joke which explored humour in relationship to power, and was held across a commercial gallery (Neon Parc) and an ARI (Bus Projects).
With an academic background in Political Studies and Art History, and a Master of Art Curatorship, her curatorial style contextualises contemporary art within broader social and cultural themes.
She writes regularly for Art Guide Australia and has written for un Magazine, Eyecontact and Ocula.
